Can anyone share sample communication or general best practice when beginning construction in close proximity to other tenants? 

Meaning that where the houses are located, the neighborhoods, and proximity to different variables like emergency response time, local theft/vandalism/arson, violent crimes, and others all play into the cost of your properties insurance... and they also play in what you can expect to rent a property for.

That's why I'm a fan of single family homes on larger lots because you have options such as converting a garage or building an additional structure/ ADU.One massive opportunity I see is finding properties in close proximity to major hospitals to rent out mid-term (30 days+) to travel nurses.

I know getting started you always have to be vigilant with who we can trust especially if we aren't going to be there physically.  

They will look at proximity to an intersection and sight distance at the new driveway location (i.e. a driver pulling out of the new driveway seeing cars and pedestrians in the road, and vice versa)

The BRRRR expert we know has done 20-30+ BRRRRs and has all types of connections in a different physical location/area than we do.

The registered agent must have a physical address on file, not a PO box. 

Since I can’t be there physically to walk the property.

I don’t know what furniture to buy/where to buy/how to design the house so I’m looking for the service of one person who will design, buy the furniture, buy the pictures/design letters and signs, be with the installers, etc.So basically, like a full service of furnishing the house without me being involved, physically.
