But, how do you handle a situation when you have 2 tenants that are both perfectly qualified, but you only have one available unit?

You're perfectly entitled to yours if you disagree.

Lot rents are like HOA and thus out of your control as landlord but key is to have enough meat on the bone in cash flow to absorb increases in rents.

For many years we have narrowed it down to Brother Laser printers....just tossed a couple of big ones in perfect condition we had used for other businesses we shutdown as fax, many page double side printing etc by a multi is no longer required.

unless your uber handy park owned homes are a Major pain in the behind.. you don't buy parts at home depo to fix them.. its perfect for on site owner operator handyman type set up.

I'm perfectly willing to overdo it on GFCIs with no equipment ground stickers, but I'm unwilling to go through the whole system and rewire a plaster house, or pay someone to do it.
