I plan to call them up tomorrow (Monday) and see if they can come out to provide a free estimate ASAP.Also, I plan to ask the seller to provide us with any documentation from any previous roof maintenance and ask if she has any warranties for the roof already in place.Any other ideas/tips?

Any suggestions/tips for trying to rent out a unit during the winter season?

At the turn, all of the units will need some rehab (mainly cosmetic, carpets, paint, etc). 

Kitchen was doubled in size, full paint inside and out, re-glazed bathrooms and new flooring throughout.

The kitchen had already been redone, so that expense was deleted, all we had to do was paint, and we've installed new carpet, and so far, new flooring and a new shower surround in the master bath.

However, do you have any tips on expediting the process?)
