I would keep the deposit and take them to court.You do not have the intestinal fortitude, in my opinion, to stand up for what is rightly yours.

Hey all, I am just looking for opinions, experience, etc. on an idea (which I am sure is not an original idea in this group). 

I have known my GC to be very thorough on his evals, I would get a second opinion just to bounce these ideas off him to see if there is another way to make this work. 

Just name the city, neighborhood, turnkey provider,  and people can share their opinions/knowledge.

I'm seeing articles of varying opinions and understandings (and the ADA definition stating they're not service animals) but I cannot find anything on a government organization's letterhead addressing this definition directly. 

I have several condominiums which have been re-assessed and I would like an opinion as to whether it is worth filing property tax appeals.
