Hello everyone,I am looking for any experienced investor in the Des Moines area (or anywhere near the area) in need of a personal assistant, or need help with projects, or any possible work at all.

Is only making $10k profit on a house worth it (it is to me, but I'm broke :wink: ) My goal in the next 3 years is to buy and sell one a month, with 4 or 5 constantly on the market.

And, the denied purchaser is claiming that they deserve nearly all of the Deposit/Escrow money refunded.

I've heard stories about property managers constantly approving of jobs that the investor didn't even know about or informing the investor the day of when a tenant is moving out.

College prone, near downtown, residential, near largest employer of state in nearby area.

if you can easily afford the payments on a good condition home that you'd be buying for nearly 30% below cost i dont' see why you'd have a problem getting the loan- get out there and get your approval ASAP though!!

The point is, if you really want to do something, why wait until your life is nearly over to do it?
