.,.but end of the day a few hundred bucks spent with an attorney who specializes in tax sale deals would be money well spent.others who question motives range from just commenting.. to simply well you know non sensical responses.

You could use only high equity, because those are deals where they could drop the price, for a possible wholesale deal.Houses that were recently purchased won’t have much equity, and motivation may be lower...so houses that were purchased in the past 1-3 years...or longer...may not be owned by people who are motivated to move.Do you want SFR properties or Multifamily?

So my question is, within code violations, are there other filtering criteria you can suggest where there's a higher likelihood of a prospect being more motivated to sell, or at least have an honest conversation about it with the lead?
