I found a mobile home park available for purchase for $895,000 I would like to offer a master lease option.

I'm working on negotiations for a 100 site mobile home park in  Arizona the park only has 18 homes on it and I'm looking to purchase the rest of the houses and sell on financing.

I feel like if I fix up the mobile home and spend about 8-10k in a span of 3-4 years, it’d be a good investment but only thing that makes me feel unease is the possibility of monthly land price going up every year.

Both these sites are mobile friendly so you can knock out a few chapters of licensing education on a train ride, on a lunch break or anytime you have a spare 15 minutes. 

They're designed for active seniors, not those needing medical assistance, or with issues of mobility.

I also invest in Mobile AL and Montgomery Al and looking for other area to explore.

What's going on everybody, I'm looking into the Florida market on the Gulf side for some manufactured mobile homes.  

There are services that offer all kind of solutions (wi-fi, celular, mobile app bluetooth based - plenty of threads here about them), but in the end the expense of a lock with codes didn't make sense - it didn't solve the other problems - for showings you still need to be there.
