I had a vacant property where we had to have 3 treatments to get rid of the problem ... although it does somewhat depend on the methods being used to treat the problem.

If a certain home is still behind for more than a year, the homeowners will be denied access NOT to their properties, but to the driveway/road even if it's by foot (so the homeowners still can access with other methods such as teleportation or flying, it may sound silly) until they can pay their dues or agree to a payment plan that we offered.

That is roughly what I came to understand as well--but I took the "complicated" method of separate LLC's across the board (which includes separate bank accounts, books, EINs, etc).

So I can efficient light a house for less money that in the past.Gold and other precious metals: Their cost have skyrocketed, but the cost of electronics (a major consumer of precious metals) has decreased as the amount of precious metals required in each piece has decreased.I do not know the best method to determine The real changes in the economy (I wish I did), but I do know borrowing money today to pay back tomorrow may make sense to some, but personally not to me.

If you use this strategy, you better have a title search as many tax sale properties have other liens, mortgages, judgments against they, which you will be assuming with this deed method.
