I am in FL, and I love my job and company I work for so I have no motivation to do anything else, but I have thought about REI'ing on the side for extra income and retirement needs (I'm 30 yrs old but when I get to 65, who knows how much we will need to retire comfortably by then), and I would be nervous (just my personal opinion) if I were to do REI full-time here.
