Does anyone have any experience renting to medical students or medical residents?

The typical tenant is a medical resident, pilot, or a young professional.  

First I'm ever hearing about her private medical info or sexual preferences.

Single parent with child has a serious medical emergency and is whisked away in an ambulance.

I enjoyed the work and have definitely made a difference in people's lives in the medical industry.

You might already have large medical expenses to itemize so this argument would then be moot.

It is basically a traditional IRA which also has an allowance to pull for medical bills without the early withdrawal penalty of 10%.I am lucky in that my wife gets full medical benefits for our family from here employer so this is not an issue for me.

Traveling medical professional rental is very good.

Its a protected class here due to it being classified as a medical condition.
