-Determine a financing strategy-Set my budget-Determine 3 key target markets to focus onSpecific questions I need to get solid answers for:- What is an optimal financing strategy to get me to 10 units in the shortest period of time? 

One of the shortcomings I have experienced is that even though many talks about the BRRR strategy here, but it is difficult to execute if you don't have a good team line up since you are just starting out.

So the properties that this will work on are properties that can be flipped...but instead of selling at the end, you are holding the property.Not all properties, not all locations are conducive to flipping though, and that is where people trying to implement this strategy, or who try to flip often run into a brick wall.Locate the locations where flipping works....to do this, simply look and see where there are tons of flips going on.

So my strategy would be to get a 70%LTV loan and mortgage from a bank and find maybe 1-3 debt investors to finance the rest.  

What strategies are these individuals using that make them so successful?

QuestionIf I want to Invest In the boomIng parts of the country and have a trustworthy national lender that I work with, what are:-strategies to find good cap rate multiplex properties (2-4 unit) -other things I need to consider if I already know I’m using a property manager (and wIll always see sIght before offerIng) -some success stories from individuals who invested from a great distance (in country) Thanks!

While this can be a good strategy, I don't think you need to even consider an LLC or series LLC until you have multiple (4+ properties).

My question revolves around how to claim this rental income on my taxes and strategies to do so.
