Sounds great to me but I want to make sure there aren't any logistics issues I may run into with having an 18 month lease.

Also, if there are any potential issues with pollution such as inground tanks, you need to know that you own the cleanup as the property owner.

I agree about the tile, it needs to be maintained and we prefer to havve less maintenance issues.

They say they have no issue with my attorney reviewing their attorney's title work.

If it's Starbucks though I know I am getting paid for full primary lease term and even if they close the place they will pay rent to me so I am okay giving the full fee to leasing broker once they are open and operating.No legal advice given.  

I have had these issues myself.

No issue with Down pmt, CC etc. 

Let the PM do their job and communicate with the PM only- these are the cases where you need to stay in touch with the PM ....but dont micromanage them.... but dont let them ignore the issue and let it snowball either.
