In Oregon, for example, our sales agreements say "pre-approval" most sellers and brokers don't catch this detail but we watch for it and call the lender when we represent the seller to check where they are at in the application process.

In fact, I tend to do this in the shower in the mornings - BUT, I limit it to only that.If someone says they want to review it with their lawyer, they're probably buying time and/or plain ol' not on board.Have you taken the time to find out what their true need is?

Those numbers can vary from company to company.You may want to shop your home/auto/rental properties with Independent agents that represent multiple Insurance companies to see if they can find a less expensive overall solution for you.
