I wrote my state legislators about it late last week but unfortunately mine are co-sponsoring the bill so I don't think they will change their minds.

In my sales day if we were in a really tough sales environment and it was lower end properties ( late 70s to mid 80s) I charged anywhere from 10 to 25% commissions..

Cedar Hills, Utah: We closed the house in late June 2019.

He has a history of late payments so I’m not sure if his claims are legit or not.

They have had decent rates but of late they only have rates with high fees. 

ADU issues have come to the forefront lately due to aging populations, lower incomes among younger people and increases in costs of housing.
