I got so lucky back then (3 properties have since gone up in smoke and we were fortunate to have been added as a loss payee/mortgagee before funding so that we were able to receive claim money) and was finally able to get my ducks in a row with the help of a local insurance agent who'd help me establish the right coverage limitations for my market, the project and property type, etc.
