I managed 5 properties all near times square, rockefeller, and hells kitchen.  

The DADU unit will be new construction and the current single family is newly repaired, new roof, updated plumbing, kitchen and bathroom.

Do you know if its a violation for boarding up kitchen windows? 

I've identified a property that I'd consider a C for the most part, but there was a fire in the kitchen and that room's definitely an F.Is it necessary to have a structural engineer make the call?

It is a very dated property so new kitchen and bathrooms.

If you have four 2bed/1bath units with the same appliances, split it four ways and call it a day.

Had a huge desk with a desk top which was nice for working, a full kitchen, fridge, etc.

My thoughts are to purchase livable storage sheds (mini kitchen, shower, bed, desk) and place a few on a half acre or so out of city limits.

That might work for a light rehab, but if you’re reconfiguring walls, adding new kitchens and baths etc., then $25/ft2 probably ain’t even in the ballpark.

I have found some new appliances there left over from big projects.
