My house has a similar layout but with an addition so it's a 3 bed 1 bath with a fenced in backyard and a large pole barn.

This gives you a good feel for the area and you might sometimes find deals that aren't displayed on the internet.

Self-guided learning (which is sometimes argued for in the age of so much free info on the internet) is not necessarily the best way to go.

I have done a couple deals off mls using agent, but I don’t know if a purchase agreement from internet would be sufficient.

The feedback has been mostly the same, the house shows great but is just too small with a bit of an odd layout (built in 1952, different times back then).

I was thinking Saturday was a good day for him to move in because we are still waiting on insurance quotes and on the internet to be setup. 

Also I might be wrong but why is the internet rate at 5.3.

I would prefer to use plans in the future for even better layouts.
