I'm curious how others would handle this situation.Two renters with multiple children were arrested for abusing a child.

The wife and I are not having children. 

To be able to spend time with my wife whenever I want not only when I can. spending time with/teaching my kids, Serving my Church Whenever they needed it not just went it worked for my schedule, Also to ensure that if something were to happen to me it wouldn't create a burden on my wife and children to lose my active income3.

If they have children- just by going to the local school sites you should be able to print off free school year calendars too for events, school breaks, etc.

If the rent they are willing to pay does not cover expenses, maintenance, repairs, etc then I would encourage them to sell and gift the equity to their children if they wish.
