the phone is your friend in this instance.. and it can be hard in certain parts of the country like east coast.. where there are all these independent closing attorney 2 and 3 man shops.. unlike say west coast were we have national title companies with 30 employees in one office.. ounce of presentation will save you a lifetime of pain.. its worth it..

We will use actual fico scores.There are progrmas for 580-619 credit available but its a pain in the butt to do.Ideally you'll want 620+ and 680 + if you want a decent rate, anything sub 620 will usually cause you to pay .50-.75% more in rate plus potential points as well.

Cozy is easy for them to use and it's free.At the free level I have (not even sure if there are premium levels), I will receive an e-mail when they have submitted the rent to cozy, then it takes a few business days to clear, which I don't mind.The set-up from the owners perspective is a little bit of a pain, especially if starting mid-lease.
