We have done that a number of times, it is great once you have everything completed for the home to be licenced and you find a great operator.

I have been able to find companies that will cover real estate portfolios on one policy in other markets but no luck in the Florida market.

I read that I could dispute bad review in cases like this, but I also spent a lot of time and mental energy to find a middle ground.
