I think that multiple rental units are a good thing but do not get into your feelings and just make sure you do in the beginning is to use your math analysis and doing what is regular is the best way to learn.

They have regular basement stairs going down, and there is even a dumbwaiter going up from the basement so I assume they were going to put the kitchen in the basement.
