She's not employed, and on one of my property purchases, her score had taken a hit for an identical reason as yours, and they wouldn't close unless I removed her from the loan (she did go on the deed).Also, are you seeing your score from a true credit bureau?

(Not complaining, simply stating) Making a recording, whether audio or video, would add to the complexity, work and expense, taking into account recording payroll, equipment, editing time, uploading, adding a shopping cart and merchant account, etc.

I have done this several times before so know what to do and have the equipment to do it myself including tractor with hole auger to dig the six foot hole and front end loader to help set the 25 foot poles (not exactly fun or really safe to balance and tip up, but it works).
