I don't mind moving here and house hacking, I currently rent and actually really enjoy the area from what I've seen, so that is definately an option.

 Do you recommend I buy a house in my government name and then transfer the title to my business or just buy in my business name from the jump ?

Like a lot of cities in California, San Mateo has a housing shortage, which can be seen through the high costs of housing and the increasing homeless population.

I have a client who is knowledgeable with housing laws and zoning.

The houses are extremely expensive. 

House hack!

Just finished my major in Business Management and am receiving my Management and Supervision certificate this summer.I've been studying real estate for a few years now, have watched tons of videos, calculated and ran numbers on numerous properties and listings, and talked with many lenders and real estate agents, but because I don't have anyone in my circle that's well-experienced in REI's I've hesitated to pull the trigger on anything.I'm looking to fix and flip, BRRR, LTR, MTR, STR, or multi-family.

It is an older house built in 1893.Definitely re-thinking.
