I have not found anything I was able to bring home, but good luck with this.I would suggest that you search the property on other sites to see how long it has been sitting, it’s not uncommon to have a property listed on loopnet that has been for sale for a year.Good luckJJOddly enough just a few months ago I bought a property HEAVILY pushed by a large brokerage on LoopNet.

if owner isn't receiving rent then the occupant is indeed a squatter/holdover of some sort.i'd purchase as a quitclaim deed type of property only at a heavily reduced price, cuz who's to say while ownership changes hands that the entire complex isnt take over since 1 of the 3 is alread in holdover.
