If it isn’t clearly on your property, you shouldn’t have to pay for it bit I’d also weigh the risk of having it fall and doing major damage versus just chipping in a bit to get it handled before any damage is done.

People making that kind of money are very very busy and let someone else handle the "small stuff".there's more but I can't think of it right now.again any ideas on how to get her out are appreciated.

Given that this is my only investment property, and it was owned for such a short amount of time last year, I've been on the fence about whether I need a CPA, or if I'd be able to handle filing taxes on my own with TurboTax (curious to hear others take on this).I decided to test out TurboTax first to see how I do.

We know and trust a team in the area that can handle construction and  property management, etc.

I farm out my property management so I can concentrate on high dollar tasks such as finding the properties running the number handling the financing.

No matter who you call, they will always tell you they know how to handle real estate because no good business person is going to turn down a customer, but that's where it becomes frustrating. 

Anyone have recommendations of companies that can handle small\medium sized multi-family properties?
