Investor management software like SyndicationPro, Investor Deal Room, IMS, and others can do a lot as far as tracking and handling the actual distributions.

You will find a lot of deals from owners/investors moving in and out of properties or simply have to many to handle at one time. 

I told him he doesn't have the right to make that decision and to turn the units back on, but he's not listening.Any advice on how to handle this?

You just need a cleaning service to handle turnovers, the rest you can do from your phone.
