What programs/processes do you use to take tenant applications?

We are still in the process of handling the situation.

I'm in the process of getting my real estate license and I eventually plan to buy a 4-plex.

Does it allow time for a 30 to 45 day (from the time your end buyer starts the process with his lender) financed closing?

Those who are involved with the process of allowing the permits are horrible with communication, not responsive, terribly inefficient, and seemingly do everything possible to deny or delay.In the meantime, there are more attractive places outside AVL city limits, in my opinion. 

I now use them for my annual filings and agent of process for about $300/yr and had them create my second LLC (and paid them)

We have never sold a property so I am very unaware of what the process is like.

I demanded & received 25% off closing costs due to the mistakes that my loan officer made during the loan process.

A few months ago we were in the process of evicting some tenants.

I am in the process of looking for my first multi family.
