Buy a used car for 5 grand.

One of those issues is what i'm looking to solve by potentially joining forces with another partner in the Grand Rapids market.  

It's 3 Grand.

You can certainly revise that, you don't want someone in there that can get by on a grand a month really, GMI of 2800....I'd not go more than 50% as an elderly type might not have nuch at all besides food, medical and utilities,say if they don't drive.

We hope to in the next few years find a place to move and repeat what we've done over the last couple years here in grande prairie.

There really isn't a grand difference from state to state.  

Some of the cities that seem to show up on lists are:  Grand Rapids MI, Denver CO, all over Florida and Texas.
