I have a degree in finance and marketing, I currently am a credit analyst at a local bank, and I plan to house hack in Des Moines and branch out to a bigger city after some experience/cash saved up.

I have been in the position and know many other investors who have done multiple strategies at once with varying degrees of success. 

In your experience, is this something you believe can be scaled to any degree when adding real estate assets to your portfolio?

My graduate students tend to stay 2-3 years while finishing their degrees.

Delila has a Masters of Arts degree and works as a Home Health Occupational Therapist.Both Alex and Delila are also real estate investors who plan on flipping even more properties in 2019!

Lots of people out there have spent far more on useless degrees they never used.

Probably not even 1/10 of 1% of their audience has the money to over-fund a whole life policy to a degree where Infinite banking would even be plausible, so they would never want to point their audience toward such a product.
