Hello all, I've watched a few podcasts where it was stated that it would be smart to house hack every year to take advantage of the low down payment loan options.

I’ll look into both of those options. 

Also I am having more and more difficulty finding insurance companies service STRs.My agent recommended a visitor covering option to my regular insurance.

Hiring a cleaner for the common areas is a great option (and it might not be that expensive when the cost is split between the housemates).

So the windows would be much less with this option.Just not sure if there is advantage in going with first option since I will have renters and any issues with windows are covered under warranty,Thanks for feedback.April in Georgia

For things like pool hear we charge by the night, and people pay, but it is a little tougher to know who booked specifically because that option was offered.If you come up with a statistical model for many popular amenities I would love to see it!
