its been about a good 7 months trying to learn and find dealsIt feels like I am not moving forward at all.. no deals no nothing but informationQuite a few of the investors I've met are selling a membership or will not give out much information unless one buys their CD package or otherwise... costing around 1000 dollars and up..Anyway, if I had the money to do that I might not be so frustrated.. maybe.. 

I'm frustrated and shocked at the process at the same time.

It didn't go as terrible as I thought.. and by terrible, I mean that I was expecting angry/frustrated homeowners.

I have a tile guy who provides about the best quality and price of anyone I know but there are times he will go missing for weeks at a time without returning phone calls, as frustrating as it can be for me to deal with him sometimes I will take the chance and give him the job if I have the extra time in the schedule.I apply this approach to all jobs and all trade contractors.
