They are very friendly and help people that are never too busy to answer your questions.ListSource is a good lead source but they don't provide the CRM feature which is important to an investor's business.I hope this helps in your decision.

I have the basic concept down of what I need to do, simply look at the comps in the direct neighborhood and see what a majority of those houses have for features.
