Bottom line is I want to start this business with a solid foundation that is respected, legal and ethical but can be scaled to be used as a model in other markets within Florida.#2, I can't really say what is best for you; if you are working with the same people having an LLC makes things a lot easier as you take title in the LLC, sell or rent and cut the profits according to the Operating Agreement or any employment agreement.

Anonymity doesn't work much either, you usually cosign for your mortgages, and you write the checks, you sign the closing documents, you hire the workers, you call the plumber, you interview the tenant etc.So my advice, form a simple LLC, follow the rules, get insurance, and operate your business ethically
