I am looking on suggestions for making an equitable financing arrangement so that it is still attractive to my partner, but I am fairly compensated for the fact that I will be doing 100% of the work. 

If your house is fairly big and well-laid out though, a little extra money to remove a big problem could be well worth it.  

This is fairly standard in offers at least in my market. 

30 year notes no points, origination fees or credit check.Does that really exist at a fair interest rate.

I am fairly new to the area and I want to have a relationship with an agent.

I personally have had my fair share of help from people I would never have imagined offering help.

Hi,I'm fairly new to this and have decided to buy my 2nd rental property a Duplex for $70k in upstate SC.I am paying cash that i made on a prior flip, income is around $1150 per month, the property needs about $10-12k in repairs, taxes are around $2k per year, management fees @ 10%Its a brick duplex 3/1.5 on one side and 2/1 on the other in a class B area..Does this sound like a worthy deal??
