An occasional rip in the felt is worth several $ thousand a year in new revenue, although I don’t recall any such repairs in the last 10 years.People do play on their devices, but like some element of novelty - that is why they are renting a cabin to begin with.We had a client in the Blackbear Falls area with no game table.

We do get an a Occasional complaint but we basically indicate they knew the percent when they rented the unit and if they do not like it they can look for different housing when their lease is up.

@Yas Tahir It doesn't matter whether the rentals are under your name or under an LLC - you get the same treatment of rental income: - true rental properties (long-term) - not subject to SE tax, - occasional & short-term rentals - potentially subject to SE tax, - fix & flips - subject to SE tax.
