The extra months on top of the 12 months up front is for "cushion" because you are not going to make your mortgage payment typically until the 2nd month after closing, so your escrow account will not be replenished for those two months you are not making a payment.

I could never make the tough decision until I figured out the folks were simply freddy freeloaders then I would do whats necessary.all the thoughts above for help should be explored.. and depending what state an eviction could drag on for sometime if these folks want to go to court..

Vice Versa a B class asset will have a much smoother ride as the people living in those areas behave much differently then the folks in D class areas.

I am interested in moving out and renting out the unit for extra income.Currently, our building has no rental restrictions in the governing documents but all 4 units are owner occupied.
