ie - Who would I search for, a landscaper or someone else?

Of course we're looking for that unicorn OZ that is not currently depressed and still has room for more economic expansion.

I'm hoping I find a CPA who is comfortable enough with this landscape to either guiding me along this path or help course correct and keep me out of trouble with the IRS, lol. 

It includes all utilities, cable, landscape, snow removal, and common area cleaning and insurance.

Also, small business people got annoying because they created content that - say - talked about real estate but mentioned the landscape and poetic renderings of their neighborhoods.

Sub-metering for water, sub-metering for gas and electric, passing off costs of trash and landscaping to tenants, reducing expenses in any way that you can.

I understand if it is significant rehab work, but I would clarify what what threshold they start to charge 10% for.Most I've seen don't typically charge if it's plumbing issues, landscaper, HVAC maintenance, etc.
