I am very interested in utilizing the BRRRR strategy to acquire multi-family properties while continuing to flip properties in order to grow my capital.  

I've got a couple of rentals already but want to grow my portfolio.

@Christopher Giannino  virtually ever state has the same situation.. 2 years as salesmen then take the test to become a broker.in Oregon we are all brokers .. but to work for yourself or have people under you . 

Use rental income to grow savings and continue to invest in real estate without getting personal property involved.

The IRS has a 120 day redemption period, which they almost never ever exercise, and then their lien is void on the property.

Architecture has been my passion ever since I was a destructive young boy, and like most enthusiastic and idealistic emerging architects, there is a moment of reckoning when you discover the disconnect between how imagine architecture and the realities of the profession/industry.
