Con's- wood frame, corner lot(busy street), needs siding, landscaping(grass and tree work), plumbing, kitchen, windows (5), base boards, paint, bathrooms, etc..

As well as the fact that you never need to do any exterior maintance, or dealing with tree, fence and driveway problems?

We replaced the roof, all flooring, bathroom vanities, fixtures, trim, painted kitchen cabinets and moved them around, hardware, toilets, half the siding, tons of yard work and cutting out weeds the size of trees, new paint inside and out, built a wood plank wall and made a faux beam in the master bathroom out of a poorly designed wall that was hanging down.

The gutters had little trees growing out of them.  

Do any rei in the @Columbia, SC area have a recommendation for a tree service.

It has three huge trees that will need some watching.  

There's a lot of stuff built around this lot, but the lot itself is just a bunch of trees that would need to be cleared away before there would be enough room to so much as pitch a tent.

The tenant called because the toilet wouldn't flush/drain due to tree roots clogging the sewer line.The plumber tried to clear the clog without removing the toilet, but couldn't reach the clog.
