If you are able to put a team in place that have specific roles, then I do think it is still possible to find great deals that meet your goals - whether that be in Raleigh, Durham, Fayetteville, Oxford/Granville County, or other areas. 

My husband fills the role of contractor but in the event he can't make it out there for one of our acquisitions I would love to have an investor friendly contractor in my contacts.

As we enter a new age where social media dominates our culture and people are so concerned with image, I see more and more people care about what other people think. 

But if they are leaning more towards 30% then I would point out what your role is but I would say to them "Look, if you think 30% is fair, I am willing to do it for the sake of building a partnership for other deals.

Also do you think your property management company plays a big role in the high bookings that it makes it worth it to pay them whatever % they are charging?
