I did do the trail, but i found that actual listings on the mls were not on realtytrac so I cancelled.just a bunch of useless pre-foreclosures in which the validity cant be confirmed

Confirm the condition yourself.  

I am a Graphic Designer here in Indianapolis, and Graphic Design has so far been a good career for me for the past 10 years, but like many during the great recession I was furloughed at my job for several years and made only 80% of my normal income during that time. 4 day work weeks were nice, but my wife and I had a very hard time economically during those couple years, we still managed to save money and meet the bills, we had to put off alot of things that we wanted to do but couldn't really afford.

Tax Records confirm the 2007 square-footage of ~65k.  

But I guess no one is going to choose a unit that is has a shared front yard and parking lot over a house even if it is well designed and well renovated...

Money designated in one area could be applied elsewhere...unless you run into this guy.

@Will F. have you thought about using your card with a platform that give you money back like ebates which you place an order than they would give you confirmation to pick up your items.

Have also been in court where our business was brought into question and the judge not only invalidated the other party but actually confirmed our ability to handle the property on behalf of the wife by awarding a clerks deed.
