Also, you can run addresses through the USPS database to find ones that the USPS isn't delivering to.

I usually select the 4th option of not delivering HOA docs.

There are also a few suburbs with commuter train access and low taxes that may be a good option.

There are many more factors I consider when looking at the cost of living in the burbs versus the City (and I have considered a move to the burbs more than once) such as, the cost of driving to work versus taking the bus or train.
