Stick to your guns and offer what you want to offer.Finding a great realtor or mortgage broker or lawyer is kind of like dating...sometimes you have to go through a lot of rocks to find a diamond.A good Realtor will communicate with you, provide you with information and insight and present whatever offer you feel is best for you.I wouldn't go too harshly on them for showing you homes that may not fit exactly what you are looking for.

I don’t know where you are getting your information, but it is wrong.The FED is NOT privately held.Also, overnight lending is a primary function of the FED that anyone who pays attention knows.The FEDs primary purpose is to manage the money supply and maintain liquidity needs.This from the Federal Reserve website: Who owns the Federal Reserve?

check with your lender in any case.....if you have an approval for a loan at some future date.. i.e. 90 days from today, ...lock it in and do what ever the lending party says to keep it.....lol.

But yes, you'd think based on how excited I am that we were moving in :mrgreen: I had to put a call in to our realtor and waiting for her to call back because the date the "Seller" signed the contacts was Oct, 17th (even though we just received the contract back today) and the contract says we have 8 days from the time the sellers sign it to complete the inspection...YIKES, that only leaves tomorrow.

Looking at the property info from the Bell County Website, it lists my mom as having 100% ownership and in the deed history it is listed as Warranty Deed as of 10/15/1984.Does this mean that my mother has a clear title and can legally sell the house?
