Hi Kenneth,Know the culture and ways of your intended customers and decide if you want to do the effort for the cash flow you can get.If you can handle the steam (or have a proven results good property manager that can) in that area you can potentially pocket a good amount of cash.If you don't know what you are doing down there, (or how to handle the situations you will face) you're probably going to be unhappy.Good Luck!
