Why would you not pay monthly as is custom?

The required maintenance typically must be well documented (receipts & pictures), and then usually the carrier has an inspector come back out, review the areas of concern, and confirm that all work has been done. 

No school debt, on the job training, and a skillset that would give you good income when you work for a customer/employer, and significant labor cost savings on your own properties when you can do the work yourself.

Therefore, you will see the different sides: customer service, maintenance, collections, screening, renewals, leasing, IT, etc.
