Current mortgage is $59k because I have been paying the principal down while we slowly try and figure out what to do.

No current door properties my belt and I hope to have 1 property in 2024.

Depending on the way the note is structured, it’s currently between 4.5 - 6%.  

Unfortunately the lot is not currently worth much, the value was in the AHA rental income.    

I have multiple listings throughout the Bay Area currently, listing another this week.

I've read several books on REI thus far but realize that the great minds on this forum can also provide significant and relevant insight on strategies they'd apply in current market conditions if they could start over with $250k in cash.For context, my family and I reside out-of-country, at the moment, but will likely return to the US in 1-2 years.
