It's not exactly a "how to" book (the note business is probably too vast for just one book) but it does offer an introductory overview of the note industry as a whole, as well as feature some creative note strategies you could employ with traditional Real Estate that I used throughout my career.

We're always looking for new creative ways to find properties. 

That said, sometimes you have to take creative steps.

However, for me, I would say that had it not been for the course, it would have taken me much longer to realize that networking and creative real estate can be keys to success.

I am not referring to creative financing or other creative ideas.

For the first few we are going to have to get really creative.
