Ideally this is the final architectural drawing, but in reality it is usually either our near final architectural plans or a 3D rendition one of my partners who is a total tech wizard has cooked up.

I understand that I don't have to do my financing with the seller's lender, but just wasn't sure if the lender would share my personal financial situation with the seller, which might put me at a risk when negotiating.

The seller says its due to the fact that the tenant helps her with rides to all of her doctor's appt, shopping, etc, and she doesn't have the heart nor the funds to evict her, her son, her daughter, her daughter's husband, and their 4 dogs (2 chihuahuas and 2 large breeds).I knew all this before we even began negotiating, but since the seller and tenant were with me at the kitchen table, I didn't want to upset anyone before the contract was signed by bringing this up.
