During my ownership, I visited the property in person only 2/3 times over four years.

We have over 100 units but we do not have 500 units. 

I think I'm in the "trust but verify" camp (at least until Skynet becomes sentient and takes over)It's a good tool, but one that shouldn't be blindly followed.
