Sadly, I have found that the managed properties that consistently look the best, are managed by companies expecting higher than minimum wage fees.I would search out a PM company and interview them in person or recorded Zoom cast.The company should be able to furnish you with some of the addresses they manage so you can look to see the properties at least from the roadside.

I won't mind paying fees if I'm consistently booked. 

There’s also something to say about consistent investing (google “dollar cost averaging”).

I thought it would be interesting to put together a group of sponsors that have at least $50m in properties and can raise $2m+ LP but looking to scale to larger properties, see more consistent deal flow, and share knowledge.

If anyone has any recommendations on specific designers or retailers (local or online) for this look that deliver a good value, please let me know.
